We are not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen in transit. In most cases exchanges are not available due to items selling out. Sold out items can not be exchanged.

You are solely responsible for the items that you put in your cart. If you place an order for an item in the incorrect size, it is not our responsibility to exchange that item for the correct size. Please check that all items in your cart are correct before completing checkout.

Note that this hat is a 'one size fits all.'

Measuring:

Measure your head circumference with a non-stretchable measuring tape. Place the end of your tape on your forehead and wrap the rest around the back of your head, keeping it 1″ (2.5 cm) above your ears. Pinch the spot where the tape meets the other end, lift the loop over your head, and note the measurement. Be as careful as possible to get the most precise measurement!
